The Conference
As in past years, the conference will begin with a luncheon followed by a series of informative workshop sessions. Full registration entitles the attendee to all sessions, breaks, the lunch and a social reception.

Who Should Attend?
Airport industry professionals, including airport owners, operators, board members, local government officials, state aeronautical staffs, planners, engineers, consultants, operations personnel, airport users and students in the fields of aviation.

Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be made available to all registered attendees.

Location
The conference will be held at the Sheraton Fort Worth Hotel and Spa, 1701 Commerce Street, in Fort Worth, TX 76102. A limited number of hotel rooms have been held for the FAA Conference. To make reservations, call 888-627-8556 and mention that you are with the FAA Conference. Room rates are $134; they will go up substantially on 9/21/08.

Registration
Full registration includes breakfast, lunch, reception and breaks. Registration will not be processed without payment.

Registration postmarked by 9/21/08 will receive the discounted rate. Keep a photocopy of your registration and payment for your records.

Cancellation Polity
Cancellations must be in writing to The Main Event and must be received on or before 9/21/08. Refund liability limited to return of registration fee.

Conference Synopsis
Conference Objectives
A forum for aviation interests within the five-state Southwest Region (Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma and New Mexico) to discuss topics and concerns related to airports and aviation. This conference provides an excellent opportunity to expand knowledge of aviation issues, foster information exchange and establish networking relationships. Issues to be addressed include safety, standards, planning engineering, funding and construction.

Breakout Sessions
The sessions include a wide variety of topics and speakers on subjects that should meet the needs of the diverse audience out Conference attracts.
