The Main Event works with couples planning their wedding on any or all aspects of the special day.
Ceremony assistance includes working with you on:
  • finding a location-either a church, outdoor site or other venue which fits the couple
  • coordinating the decor with the couple and the selected color scheme
  • recommending and working with the florist
  • coordinating music for the ceremony
  • working with the photographer and/or videographer
  • assisting with the flow of the ceremony and getting everyone down the aisle
Receptions:
  • finding a location
  • working with on-site food service or caterer
  • arranging for a disc jockey or band
  • recommending a cake person
  • decor
  • providing on-site management throughout the reception
